"The hotel was nice but I had a negative experience regarding the staff.
Our email said check in began at 3 pm. We showed up at this time to drop off luggage and use the bathroom before heading back out. When we were given our code and went to our room, the door was already open. Housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning though it looked like they were close. "The hotel was in a great location & our room even had its own patio! There were quite a few stairs from the street to the hotel lobby but staff right away offered to carry up our suitcases. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating!

"We had an amazing stay! My friend got a migraine during our trip, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They extended our stay and helped us in every way they could, which we really appreciated.
They also have lockers where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, making it very convenient to explore the city. There are water fountains available, the breakfast was good, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
