"We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, modern and the rooms were great. Very comfortable beds too! We really enjoyed having the free tea/coffee machine to take out and about with us. The staff were very helpful and if we needed anything they sorted it straight away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!"

"The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."

"This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed...
