"The hotel is in a very central location- easy to walk to metro and only 20 min ride to Battery park where we took ferry to Statue of Liberty. It’s right next to Maddison garden square, where the Nick’s were playing. Be mindful of game schedules because it gets really busy. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The room was quite dirty - there was pee all over the seat when I arrived, the walls are all heavily scratched and generally it just feels like an old kind of gross feeling room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the rest felt just old and run down overall. Most of the elevators were not working so you also have to wait a long time for the elevators."

"The staff are all extremely friendly, the hotel is beautiful decorated, and you can’t beat the location. You are directly across from Washington square park and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and comedy shows. Hotel also offers an airport shuttle for a flat fee.
