"La atención es espectacular, la mujer de la recepción es muy querida y el señor que nos entregó la habitación también muy querido. Siento que le doy 3 estrellas porque tienen algunas falencias en sus instalaciones, no en el servicio.
Por ejemplo, para empezar, si saben que en la zona de las cabañas no hay señal telefónica yo ubicaría el router del Starlink que tienen en el techo del restaurante para que así llegue señal a las cabañas de la parte baja de la montaña en las que estábamos. O...

"This was my second visit to Sites Hotel. I love the location and staff. The apartment was clean, everything worked well. The offered breakfast was delicious. The building danced during the earthquake...so it is well constructed. There is remodeling going, hopefully it will be finished soon."

"We enjoyed our stay here at loft factory, great location, a lot of restaurants near by. The room had a great layout very unique style, we liked that.
We had a minor complaint about the AC, we weren’t sure if it was broken or how it was meant to operate/run. it definitely did not cool off our room comfortably enough, some nights we decided to just leave a few windows open. Overall we had a great time, staff were very welcoming and attentive."

"Some of the people that work at this property doesn't have a half day of training, Very rude and doesn't know nothing about hospitality.
Plus this is the first "HOTEL" THAT TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO PAY 25 US IN CASE YOU NEED AN EXTRA TOWEL .
They have a policy that only allow you have clean towels every 3 days and if for any reason you need one they change you 25 us .
To be honest there are tons of places to stay in Medellin cheaper than this and better."
