"The staff was very friendly.but did not follow through on request. The water was cold for two days I went to the front desk to inform them how uncomfortable it was to take a shower in cold water. Also while at the desk another customer was there complaining about the cold water. It was on the second evening the water came up to Luke warm. I didn’t expect that the price that I paid for the two rooms to be $140 per night."

"My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. When I ask about breakfast they did have it but it cost $15 for buffet or you could order off menu.. But when I pay over 500 for 2 nights, I expect free breakfast.. Also if you want housekeeping you have to notify the front desk 24 hrs. in advance.. Never stayed anywhere you didn't have your room cleaned & restocked or trash emptied.. "The breakfast was good. However, I didn’t particularly care for the dark decor of the room. Also, people frequently used the side door to enter and exit which was noisy. The door did not shut quietly. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels close by."
