"Hotel Mercure.Lyon Centre was a fantastic stay. So many positives! First and foremost…after travelling for 3 weeks, I had the best sleep at this hotel. It was quiet! Absolutely no street noise. "This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again. "

"The room itself was small and dark. Really horrible. There was a round window reminiscent of a porthole. It felt like we were staying in a small cabin on a cruise ship. We are in a hotel room at the Intercontinental in Paris right now and our room is big and bright. Everything else was as expected. Kind staff, good amenities etc…"
