"We had a very clean room and an overall good stay. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We rang the bell and called the hotel multiple times. Finally a lady came, she was busy changing sheets for someone and was the only person there. I felt bad for her since she couldn’t keep up, but management needs to staff better. This was very poor service! We were just about ready to walk out and find another room. "
