"Don’t plan to use the pool! It’s “under construction”. Don’t plan to sit on the lobby to play games or just hang out unless you like to sit in 82 degree temps when it’s 85 outside. The thermostat was set at that! Staff would constantly ask what room you was in. Will not be staying again."

"The room had a bad leak from the ac. It also had a towel rack that fell off the wall. Housekeeping never came to our room. The shower backed up. The floor in the elevator was so wet it was like a pool in the floor. The bathroom door was sticky. There were two flies in the room with us the day we arrive. We killed them before we could unpack. My husband had to get towels and sheets on day one then change the bed with the sheets the front desk handed him. The sheets were the wrong size so my...
