"Very helpful with organising parking, staff were friendly and room was clean. However a member of the room service staff let themselves into my room 1 hour and 15 minutes before check out time to tell me to checkout. Was a bit shocked and confused by this."

"Wanted to stay near our sons Hostel for move in day at Vic Uni. This place was around the corner. A little complicated to move through if you're parking a car and staying in the other tower. Convienent and clean. Just pricey for what it was."

"The room, while a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. It had the amenities we were looking for and was within walking distance of the cable car, Te Papa, Cuba street and the Oriental bay areas. In addition, our arrival was delayed until about 10 pm, 2 hours past the time the reception desk is staffed. Within minutes of me informing them by phone that we would be late they sent me the information for late check-in which was a very easy process and did not delay us reaching our room."
