"Minimal services due to off season. A/C in room was very noisy. Dumpster located beneath room window(view), which of course was emptied at 6:00 am. Very secure location"

"The Roseloe motel was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a weekend of concerts at the Garth Newel Music Center, and it almost across the street. The kitchen in our room was a nice surprise - not a hotel kitchen but a full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, sink and full sized fridge. The building is older and the doors didn't all shut completely, but it was comfortable and clean."
