"The hostel is ok for young people who don't need much sleep. The bar in in the courtyard is very noisy. The reception area was clean and well maintained, but the stairs were tatty and dirty. The room was clean, but again in need of maintenance. The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was fine and the hostel is situated close to the Gare du Nord."

"Need more outlet in room and need a quite working space. The music was on all the time. I could’t work at all. And i can’t make a call in room also."

The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. "I didn't expect much from a budget hostel, however there are still things where this hostel can improve. 1. Rooming system (I found my bed was already used by someone else, before I asked for another bed). 2. Maintenance (The luggage bin beneath my bed was broken, couldn't close firmly). 3. Cleanliness (The toilet needed a more periodic cleaning before it stank) 4. Signage (Some people may have difficulty to find the entrance door the first time).
