"Notre séjour aux Citadines Les Halles a été tout simplement parfait! À notre arrivée en début d'après- midi on nous a accueilli chaleureusement et permis d'accéder à la chambre sans délai. Ce service ne s'est pas démenti tout au cours de la semaine. La chambre telle que décrite, est d'une propreté impeccable, la literie et les serviettes d'une belle qualité et l'accès à une buanderie fournie en cintres, mouchoirs, serviettes et draps additionnels est très pratique. Il y a également des laveuses...

"We enjoyed our stay. We reserved a room for 4 days, 3 nights and the property was great. Close by to the Val d’europ station where we board the metro about 2 minutes away from the hotel. The metro was a 4 minute ride into Disney. Close by restaurants and a mall nearby. Very suburban so the location was very quiet."

"We were really impressed with our two bed apartment, it had all the cutlery and crockery we could need to cook for ourselves, it was well maintained and clean. The common areas of the building are nicely decorated and inviting, the corridors leading to the apartments look a little worse for wear but once inside the apartment it looked freshly painted. Great shuttle bus up to Disneyland Paris and the train station, we also made use of the pool which was heated and well looked after. "

"The location of this property is perfect, very hard to beat unless you're staying in a Disney hotel. You are around a 15-20 minute walk away from Disneyland park and a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the park, we were told, if you don't fancy the short walk, but we ended up walking everywhere since it was a very lovely sunny weekend. The room was clean and had what you needed for your stay. The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof, so...

"The information on Expedia is not accurate and needs to update with correct information. There is no AC in the room. It has a fan. The toilet smells like piss and we don’t know why. There is only one pot and one pan in the kitchen. There is no onsite self laundry. Door handles are broken. Table is wobbly. However, location is excellent as it’s close to Monoprix and Metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Everything was great, the hotel staff were very friendly, everything was clean… and the location was excellent, with great connections via the RER to Paris. In Val d'Europe there is a fantastic shopping center literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely come back."
