"No breakfast. Pool cloudy. Check in was late. Room not very clean. "

"This hotel is utilized by folks as extended stay so some of the folks staying there are living there full time. The rooms are suites with full size refrigerators and kitchens. The bed was only a full - thought we'd be getting a king. The pillows provided were lumpy messes. The towels were thin and rough. The place charges extra for housekeeping or for additional towels. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. No Ice machines. However, the staff who was working the night we were there was very nice and helpful. My partner had sprained his ankle, and she provided us with extra towels without charging and another pillow so he could prop it up. She offered her own ice pack when I mentioned going out to get ice (as there are no ice machines in the hotel). I did not take her up on it, but it was very kind of her to offer. Overall the hotel left much to be desired, but the staff was good. Hotels are expensive in Grand Rapids, so for one night it was fine, but I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Tried to check in 5 minutes before the check in time of 3:00p.m. and was told I would be charged $25 if I checked in early. The rooms while nice are extremely small but again, they are very nice. The room above us seemed to be having a raging dance party at around 4:30a.m. till about 6a.m. which was great as it sounded like a herd of elephants running back and forth"

"This property was chosen by pictures thinking we were getting a nice place to stay for $331 for an overnight stay. When we checked in I had to pay an additional $100 deposit so that turned into $431 for an overnight stay. The property was like staying at motel 6. Doors were off hinges, shower curtain was ready to fall off. Carpet was dirty and no sound barrier between rooms because I could hear everything around me in other rooms. The staff and breakfast were the only two things I can recommend for this place. Very disappointing for what I paid for a nightly stay!"

"The only positive part of the stay was the front desk attendant. She was pleasant and the process was smooth. The property was appalling. Old dirty water under and around the shampoo bottle. A previous guests sock was just lying on the floor. The room had a foul old dirty smell. The pool area had a large puddle of standing rusty water. The pool was cold murky water with some weird brown and black unknown floating things in it. There were more issues but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "
