"The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and has great amenities to help keep children entertained when you’re not at Disneyland. The reception staff and cleaning team were polite and very helpful throughout our stay. There is a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland, including after the fireworks, which is really convenient. However, as you can imagine, these get very busy, so expect them to be quite crowded. Negatives: Breakfast – While it initially looks like there’s a good selection, the quality lets it down. Options are quite limited unless you want things like kidney beans in tomato sauce, overcooked bacon, or pale herb sausages. Many items needed replenishing or were left messy. There are also two dining areas—one that feels more premium, while the other is more basic, with plastic plates and noticeably less care. Indoor pool – The pool itself is nice, but the water is very cold. It’s not ideal for babies or younger children. My kids didn’t mind, but I found it too cold to stay in for long. Evening food – We ate here twice. It’s decent, and after eating in Disney parks, it was nice to have healthier options like salad. However, the food was slow to be replenished and the variety wasn’t great. Pricing was €38 per adult and €20 per child, excluding drinks. Additional costs – On arrival, you’ll need to pay the standard tourist tax, plus a €150 refundable deposit. "

"Clean and tidy rooms and the staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that the pool was very cold and the breakfast was extremely busy but thats understandable for the capacity of the hotel. "

"We always have a fab stay here! Staff excellent. Clean room and in a great location. We ate at Chuck Wagon one night and it was so lovely, plenty to choose from. "

"We stayed for one night on a room only basis to use our 5th park day, after staying 4 nights at Davy C Ranch. Perfect for an extra night. It does need a refresh/update of the room but was clean enough and a good base for our final night. We caught the bus to and back from the park in non peak times and was easy and convenient. We were going to have breakfast before leaving for home but the queue was very long so didn’t bother! I would do a night there again at the end of a 4 night and 5 day package but will stick to Davy C for a longer stay. "

"Great location if you want to go to Disney or into Paris, as the hotel is located very close to the RER station (one stop to Disney and about minutes into Paris). Note: there was no fridge or coffee or amenities of any kind in the room. "

"This is a very well located and well maintained apartment hotel. A public park and a large shopping center are within a few minutes walk. Disneyland Paris and the Marne La Vallee train station are around a 15-20 minute walk. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was great and compensated us with a free breakfast as our requested balcony room was not available. "

"This is a new hotel a little bit away from town. There's a large parking lot but unfortunately paid. We used an uber to come and go. There is a scheduled shuttle however. The room is clean and hotel amenities are great. The walls and corridors are exposed concrete which is an interesting design choice. There are no keycards---when checking in, a QR code image is generated and can be downloaded to a phone. "

"Good room in a great location. One can walk within a few minutes to a nearby park and a large shopping center. Walking to disneyland and the Marne la vallee train station takes around 20 minutes. The room was clean. The only issue that others have also written about is that the corridors are quite old and need a lot of maintenance."
