"This is my third stay and while I can’t fault the hotel itself since the breakfast is the highlight it’s starting to feel not worth it. The shuttle is as horrible as it’s ever been and is inconsistent with the order it goes to the hotels, both days I used it B&B was the first one picked up and the last one dropped off when previously it at least first one way. My biggest peeve with them is that they now charge for luggage storage which is a huge rip off when every single other hotel I’ve stayed...

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön. Hatte das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und von der Terasse direkten Zugang zum aussen pool. Frühstück nicht vielseitig aber das was da war, war ausreichend. Personal nett und das Personal an der Rezeption hilfsbereit . Der Ausgangspunkt war perfeckt für Disney Land und Val' de Europ und nach Paris da der Bus direckt vor der Türe ab / an hält."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Sweet reception team! Gym equipment all broken - its obvious since a long time as there was signage- plus aircon doesnt work in gym like a sauna. I went both days and it was not cleaned in between. No wifi two days. Key card system not working on day 1. Bathroom bin broken Iron not working. Dirty water refill bottle. Bags of rubbish in hallways until 10pm. "Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. Staff is very nice and helpful The hotel is a bit out of the way so make sure you book breakfast with them as you don't have any other options nearby. "Have stayed before and love the hotel. This time however they took a deposit out of my account 2 days before I arrived! Has been refunded but never had that happen before."

"Our apartment was so big and the kitchenette was so helpful to have. The location was great, with a few minutes walk to Val d’Europe shopping mall and the train station."

"Das Hotel ist eher so im Hostel Style. In der Lobby sind viele Spielattraktionen für Kinder vorhanden, die tatsächlich auch nicht teuer sind. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Perfekt ist auch der kostenlose Shuttelbus, der alle 10-15 Minuten ins Disneyland fährt. Fahrzeiten waren nie länger als 10 Minuten. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es auch eine Hotelbar, welche eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks hat. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das Frühstück. Sehr einseitig und relativ wenig...

"The room was a good size for a studio. The hotel team, should better inspect rooms to ensure things are in working order. I had issues with the TV remote wasn't working, nor one of the night desk lights. Curtains weren't hung properly, and the hot water in the shower seemed to set at a lower temperature. Also was not able to adjust room temperature."
