"We stayed here for the days we were going to Disneyland Paris and it was wonderful. Loved that Val D'Europe mall was right across the street with a large Auchan (large supermarket). We were able to get snacks, water and lunch before heading to Disneyland and saving us money from having to eat out. The RER was just a short 3min walk from the hotel with a great bakery . "One of our best stays! The only problem is the shuttle system. Trying to get to and from the park is a nightmare. Shuttle was so packed we had to stand next to the driver and couldn’t move. Felt unsafe and very stressful for everyone. They also don’t come as often as it says.. often running very late. Plan to spend extra on taxi’s if this isn’t your thing. Otherwise hotel was great!"

"Great place to stay if you’re heading to Disneyland. Out of the madness but quick and easy transport by free shuttle. Room was surprisingly large with good facilities. V comfy beds and great breakfast. Easy walk from the train station"

No wifi two days. Key card system not working on day 1. Bathroom bin broken Iron not working. Dirty water refill bottle. Bags of rubbish in hallways until 10pm. "The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
