"Location is great, hotel looks lovely, breakfast is really good, swimming pool is so warm and lovely and the gym is fantastic. Only thing that has let it down is we paid for a room for 4 people but the 2nd bed wasn’t set up, not enough towels for 4 people. We had to ask for all of this to be sorted and set the bed up out selfs. At £180 a night we would have expected the room to be set up for us."

Stock mit Doppelbett; es war sauber, gute Matratzen und Kissen, Küchenzeile haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es war alles da, was zum kochen und essen benötigt wird - Check in und Check out waren gut und schnell, das Personal war sehr freundlich - das Bad war zweckmäßig, Silikonfugen an der Badewanne und Dusche waren allerdings schimmelig; es gab kein Fenster und auch keine Lüftung, Handtücher waren sauber und saugfähig - Frühstück haben wir nicht...

Staff were really helpful and knowledgable And the building was lovely We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely chose for our next Disneyland visit."

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."
