The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "Tolles Hotel, wir übernachten hier gerne wenn wir im Disneyland Paris sind. Waren bereits einige Male hier und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, persönlich muss ich sagen schlafen wir hier in den Betten sogar am besten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, Parken vor Ort kostenlos. Kleines Manko, Chromecast am TV funktioniert leider nicht mit iPhones - wäre gut wenn das gefixt werden könnte."

"Would stay elsewhere next time"

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well."

"Wonderful location: 30 paces from the train station. Fine bathroom amenities. Air conditioning was wonderful during this historic heatwave. Staff was helpful during check in as well as revering a taxi for my trip back to the airport before trains were scheduled to begin"

"Disappointing stay. The apartment was only averagely clean, the TV was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Staff were only available until 7 PM, so it was difficult to get help. Overall, the service was poor, and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. P.S.:Don't stay here during summer, there was only a small fan for the whole room, there wasn't any AC. During an extreme heatwave, this wasn't helpful at all."
