"We only stayed for one short night, but everyone was helpful and kind and having the shuttle to and from the train station/disneyland entrance was wonderful. We would stay again!"

"Very cute Woody from Toy Story themed hotel. Excellent location close to the parks and Disney village; it’s so handy to be able to walk back after the fireworks! There is also a shuttle bus but we usually felt it was quicker to walk. The beds were actually pretty comfortable and the Starbucks was convenient for a quick breakfast snack if you don’t want the full buffet. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a really excellent hotel, particularly if you are going to Disneyland. The studio apartments are immaculate and the little kitchen is such a bonus for making packed lunches and having breakfast in your room. There is a really excellent bakery just next door to the hotel but FYI, it’s closed on Sundays! There is a small supermarket just around the corner from the hotel, 5 mins walking distance that has all the essentials you need. The bus to Disney goes from right outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning. One negative point…The hotel does serve breakfast albeit expensive and there was some confusion with our booking on the first day as we thought we were having breakfast but it turns out we weren’t booked in. We were confronted by two very rude female staff in the dining room demanding our ticket, one then followed us back to our room shouting at us and asking for our ticket, I was returning to reception to sort it out and had to ask the lady to stop chasing us as my daughter was uncomfortable with that."
