All in all a good hotel to stay in. You get what you pay for. It was a good breakfast offer depending on the time you go down. Good variety. Hôtel is well placed as you can walk to shops and market (20 mins).

I loved the proximity of the hotel, the breakfast needs to be improved though. The staff were amazing, had the hammam and a massage which was enjoying.

Great until last moment.
The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is they messed up my check out. I told asked if I owed more for the extra day, they said I was all set. Then while waiting for my train two guys in suits show up to shake me down for the 550 dirham I actually owed. I had paid for my booking with my credit card, so I don’t know why they didn’t just charge it. So I had to pay out in cash 50 Dirham more because they didn’t have any change.

The bed was really big and comfortable. Also the view from rooftop was great. We spend our afternoon in the rooftop. Staff were all really nice. Good breakfast. Everything is in walking distance.

A comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The food was of a good and consistent standard with a varied menu that would suit most The hotel has a varied number of day trips using a minibus going to an interesting selection of places; we went on two trips both of which were good with stops for coffee and a place of interest. Taxis are ready available outside the hotel to places of interest in and around Marrakesh, haggling helps the fare. I can recommend this hotel however although we arranged for transit from the airport with Expedia this didn’t happen whic h was disconcerting and there was confusion over the numbers again due to Expedia, the hotel rectified this. So in all Hotel Racine gets four stars ( no one is perfect) and Expedia only three stars.

A true 3 stars hotel. The staff was amazing and kind The breakfast is reasonable Only one thing disappointed me that the standard room dosnt have any mirror in the room i did struggle to do my makeup a lot . But overall its worthy to stay in this hotel its near all the attractions.

20 minute walk to jemma el fna. Fairly straight forward journey as well. There's a small tuck shop nearby to get small things you need. Also, make sure to visit Mama Africa (30 seconds from the hotel). The hotel do allow for you to get an airport shuttle etc etc but you will honestly save money just grabbing a cab. I also did not book my camel and quad excursion with them as I found someone to do it for 400dH. But don't miss the Moroccan pancakes for breakfast. Also, the spa costs the same as most hammams - enjoy using it as you only have to go back to your room after your treatment. It was cold when I stayed there and the aircon did blow come hot air occasionally but not often.

Thanks! The hospitality we received at the hotel by the manager, Mr. Hassan and his staff was first class. Mr. Hassan kindly resolved a small issue that we had at the start of our trip and gave me an iron on request, aswell as offering me a hair dryer. We were always greeted with smiles when we came back. We were given a map and given tourist information on request. The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance of the mosque and the tourist attractions. I would definitely bring my family back to this hotel, if I was lucky enough to visit Merrakech again.

Good choice

The service is professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious (3 large closets ). The breafast is adequate. The only problem was with the tv. With 2 remotes it is a techie's dream, but I could not master it.

Very nice hotel based on European standards. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Breakfast had a fairly decent variety of selections, but food that needed to be hot was lukewarm. Hotel is situated between old and new city (15 Min walk either way) which made it much easier to explore.

This hotel is a real gem! We had a spacious and clean room. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom door would not get closed easily because it does not fit in the door frame. Their roof-top terrace and pool are nice add-ons to a pleasant stay.

My window was a view of a wall and there is a leak in the shower. Every time I shower and make sure the door is fully close I walk into a huge puddle of water. I keep trying to call the concierge ask some questions and they don’t have a number to contact them or for any services like the spa or room service. You would have to actually get out of your room go downstairs to to talk to them.

GREAT NEW HOTEL JUST A SHORT TAXI WAY FROM ALL
VERY GOOD stay. Great location, a bit out of the creazness of the city and in a location where you could rest after come to your room to rest. The hotel has a greta staff, although most doesn't speak Ingles, BUT they always find somebody who does to help anyway they can. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a frigobar what I love to keep my water cold. Once I arrived they had a free large of bottle of water in the frigobarbar for me already cold for free, what I think was a great gestion of kindness. I would never go back to that country, but I would recomend this hotel for anybody, friends even a family. GREAT STAY. I would like to thanks for the staff for their kindness. Thanks again.

The staff was amazing, professional, helpful and very kind. The rooms were kept clean at all times and the breakfast was quite alright. The view from the rooftop was beautiful and you could relax by the pool (only problem was the music by the pool which was loud but you can let them know and they will reduce the volume) apart from that everything was perfect. We weren't really bothered by any outside noice from our room while we slept, but this does not mean the room is soundproof. You could hear some noices outside the hotel but for the most part it was quiet. It has to be said that I am a heavy sleeper and my girlfriend uses earplugs in bed. The distance to everything from the medina, the marketplace, shopping and other popular tourist attractions was quite close by and you really don't need a taxi to travel to and from the hotel. We went by foot and during the walk you can experience beautiful parks where you can stroll and relax and just enjoy the beauty of Morocco. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Morocco.
