"The hotel was very clean the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the hot tub/spa was great. The breakfast was a extremely excellent. The lobby washrooms were perfect. The hotel could improve by having fresh coffee throughout the day. Also there was no guest de button on the remote control making the TV a bit difficult to navigate for some people."

Only one lock option in the main room door; not super secure feeling for solo female traveler but there is a really convenient luggage rack which not all hotels provide! Upon moving the shower curtain to take shower, located two extra wasclothes in the upper corner of the shower curtain crusty and used. Third time staying here, third time not super friendly check...

"Parking was good. The grab-n-go type breakfast was average. Counters were clean and well-stocked. The poor rating for cleanliness was due to a very sticky bathroom floor. It was also filthy when we decided to wash it with a washcloth because we didn’t want to walk on it in bare feet. As well, the room spray when we first arrived was incredibly strong. We opened the window fully to try and air it out, left for a couple hours, and came back to find it was just as strong. My wife got a bad...

"Friendly staff, but there were issues. The fridge was loud and the television channels did not work. Thankfully I was able to sign into my personal Netflix account. Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though. Other than those issues, the room was clean (there was an over powering scent of cleaner though). There was also a $10/day fee for parking which was not apparent while reserving. Overall,...

"The property welcomes pets with a care package with a blanket and bowls. My dog loves it here. $40 fee seems average for the area, and I am respectful and keep him off the furniture and try to keep him quiet. "
