It’s a mixed bag! The facility is remarkable, room was very comfortable! However 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the room was not made up! Had to call each day to get service. The dinners and staff were top notch in the restaurant and bar. However the opposite was true for breakfast, service very slow and food was poor. Only 6 tables with customers, the table next to us, left!

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was majority clean but notice spots on the carpet, bathroom toilet had rust and keurig machine was filthy. There is no gym and no microwave in the room which is weird. Mini fridge did not keep things cold.

The rooms are very nice, exceptionally quiet, high quality towels and linens and a comfortable bed. The on site sit down restaurant was excellent. It’s a beautiful facility. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Cedars Hotel. The reception was wonderful, the room was spacious and super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was the sheets felt a bit stiff—softer sheets would make it perfect. We noticed slight noise from the neighboring door and a faint smell of smoke late at night, even though the room was non-smoking. Aside from that, the hotel is nicely designed, relaxing, and in a great location surrounded by nature. The casino slot games were also fun to play. My husband left his toiletry bag, and the staff were very prompt and helpful when we contacted them. We had a great dinner at the restaurant, too. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We even received a $15 gift card and were offered a complimentary late checkout, which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is better than expected, the tribal decor and artifacts are beautiful. The rooms are big and modern very luxurious. The restaurant downstairs was amazing! The food was fresh and tasty. The casino has smoking and non smoking areas and has all the slots I like to play. Great birthday trip overall! I wish I was staying longer.
