Overnight staff was rude and clearly don’t care about doing one tiny bit more than the minimum. I’m disabled and was travelling alone. More than one staff member made it clear that he doesn’t care. I didn’t feel safe and part of why I pay for a more expensive hotel is to feel that I can count on staff to have a certain level of class. "This property is fine for a night after the concert. Staff is available and parking seems secure. The room was clean but smells of mildew slightly. It was super windy and the roof was coming loose so there was a rattle. We didn’t ask for any assistance or make anyone aware. The property is very conveniently located. It is just getting progressively run down."

"This hotel is being renovated by a handyman. The results are not good. Bathtub probably had not been scrubbed in weeks
The floor was full of dog hair (we do not have a dog). 2 towels were in the room A closet was converted into a "kitchenette". Not so much. To top it off they have the worst most bitter coffee I ever had."
