Staff was very helpful as we checked in later than planned. Rooms were very clean, well appointed, and nicely air conditioned.

Fine for our short stay just to rest our head, but shower didnt drain, bugs in bathroom and not a soul in sight which just felt spooky. Bed was actually quite comfy. But overall mostly clean and quiet. Wouldn't stay again but it was fine.

The room was immaculate. The fridge is huge for leftovers. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was our first time to the Bahamas and we felt treated like family. Just wonderful.

Upstairs, clean room, microwave and bathroom were clean and everything worked. The staff was accomadating. There does not seem to be a front office. Good air conditioning which was critical in July.

I was pleased with my stay, the communication with the team and I had no problems. Fredericka was a gem, and ensured I was assisted with my requests. I will most definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was extremely clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. It is across from the ferry and several restaurants, which makes it an easy location to walk places. For the low price, it was more than expected.

Check in process was easy, room was great, location was great with two restaurants within a few hundred feet, a grocery store within an easy 1/2 mile distance, ice cream and breakfast cafe next door. Note: rooms are upstairs without an elevator above office building. Only 4 rooms total so very quiet and appealing.

Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.

Staff went to great lengths to ensure room was clean, but the room was not ready until 6:30 pm. Check-in process was confusing at first because they staff give you the code to the room keypad over the phone. There is no front desk to check in or out with. It can take multiple attempts to get an answer on the office phone. This hotel is okay because the staff are friendly and helpful, but the facility is old and in a less scenic location than the surrounding hotels.
