"Warm and kind greeting, clean facility, quiet, decent selection for breakfast, cookies and water bottles on arrival, coffee all day long. Great lobby for remote working . No parking fee, no problem finding parking. 5 minutes to the beach"

"Loved the size of the rooms, the kitchen, the amazing breakfast and the helpful staff. Only complaint would be to have more towels available."

"No ac in building. Other then the rooms. To cold to swim. Ppl sas to loud during the night time staff didnt seam to.care. "

"When I showed up they said it was $70 extra for a room type change (I never changed the type and it was downgraded from 1 queen to 2 full beds). There were spider webs and wasps at the entry door. There was mold around the fan in the bathroom and window by the AC unit. The bathroom countertop was stained and it wreaked of smoke despite being a “no smoking” room. There were also 10 mattresses sitting by the dumpster. My wife and I immediately checked out and found another hotel."

"Parking was fine. However my room: No TV, no pillows, no trash can, smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling. Well below standards for Woodspring Suites. "

"Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. "

"I never stayed. Booked for a room and drove 3 hours there and got there and they said my room was gone. How can my room not be available when I booked it. That’s terrible and I had my children with me. And they had the nerve to charge me my full stay price! "
