"I absolutely love this place! Second time going there as I had appointments at the UW. Everything is very close and convenient you cannot go wrong! This hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, lots of tv channels, very nice pool and hot tub area, very nice staff, excellent breakfast lots to choose from, happy hour from 5-7 to mingle with people and hotel supplies popcorn, nachos and cheese, wine or beer. You will not be disappointed by staying here! Like...

"Safety door latch was broken. Cleaning staff walked in at 7am."

Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc."

"Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied."
