"this is the first time i booked at Sonesta. I was expecting it to be modest but it was a bit of a disappointment considering that the room smelled like a smoking pot, the linens appeared to be used and unchanged. The room reflects the prize you paid for, dated decor with dilapidated furnitures and broken cabinet hinges. it is always best to plan ahead rather than settle for the last minute bookings that you’d regret, and this is that reality."

"The staff was very friendly and the hotel was up to par with cleanliness but the only draw back since there were renovations no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was open but didn’t seem clean to use. "

"Excellent hotel. Staff was wonderful. We had breakfast daily and the food and restaurant staff were amazing. The hotel is a little older, but updated. Has the atrium and interior spaces you don’t see with newer hotels. Great stay!"

"Room is clean and spacious. But I will say extremely noisy. There's a large gap under the door and we got to listen to Doors slamming shut all night. Also not very well insulated. Could hear everybody walking upstairs. If you were a light sleeper, definitely ask for an upstairs room not right next to the elevator or utility room"
