It was a place to sleep. In need of maintenance and updating. Lots of places in the room that were in disrepair. If needed to stay by the college this is last on our list now.

Someone came into our room while we were sleeping. Scared the he** out of us. No coffee, hot water or eggs at breakfast on day 2 of our stay. Hallways did not have AC and smelled like cigarettes.

The hotel was run down and in poor repair. It also appeared understaffed since the same employee appeared to be on staff the entire stay. The back door was not secured and propped open. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. We had to change rooms from a kitchenette to a standard double because of a malfunctioning sink drain. When we tried to check out we were unable to get a receipt because the only person on staff did not have access to the computer. Not in keeping with the standards of Quality Choice hotels. Highly disappointed.

The room was updated & clean. The staff was friendly, gracious, & helpful. We did not partake in breakfast. Parking lot was rough but provided easy access to the facility. Many things did not function or were out of order. Location was very convenient. Easy access to & from the Interstate Overall, the facility needs "TLC"!

There was no room available for us at the moment when I checked in, told the front desk to cancel it and we had to book another hotel for staying.

It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had; the place was dirty and neglected. The room—beds, floor, and furniture—was covered in dog hair, the bathtub was full of shaving cream with hair stuck in it, and the hallway smelled like marijuana. I would never go back; in fact, I had a three-night reservation but checked out after the second day. I asked at the front desk if they had another room that wasn't covered in hair, and they told me no—that they were all like that.

Very helpful attentive staff. Although, they are a little under staffed. The breakfast sausage and eggs were cold and they apparently had ran out of waffle mix.
