The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff—everyone was exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. "When we enter the location, the staff read it us very quickly. Ask as if we had been helped. The check-in process was very quick and the staff were so kind. They gave us a better room than what we had reserved. When we walked into the room. We discovered it to be very clean very spacious like a mini suite it was just a weekend, leisure trip and it turned out to be a very fun and relaxing trip mostly thanks to the hotel. Not to mention, they also gave me two complementary drink cards."

Not only is it luxurious and friendly, but you'll find at least 5 taxis by it at any time (a definite plus when certain Metro lines are being repaired). "Nice location, except that when Mr. President decides to come out, H street is the first one to get traffic control, ie, blocked., Hotel entrance needs a better sign. The only real problem is that room service is not responding to request really well and it does take some efforts to get sets of clean towels."

"Loved the hotel. Would've preferred a room facing the roof on 2nd floor. Not a nice esthetic but appreciated facing the front street Room was very nice and spacious. Only real issue is we couldn't control the AC/Heat. They had to.bring us a space heater. Wish I knew that upfront so I didn't come back to a cold room when it was 50 degrees outside and raining. Otherwise would definitely book again."
