"This was our second time to stay here. The first time was great! This time, however, there were two concerns. 1) The floors were filthy dirty. Walking barefoot or in socks blackened the bottom of our feet. This was not just in our room. We had family staying in two other rooms...all of them made your feet black. The floors are vinyl. I am wondering if they ever get mopped clean or does housekeeping simply sweep. I saw an electric broom on a housekeeping cart, but no mop. 2) Our TV did not...

"I would stay here again. It isn’t fancy and shiny new, but it was clean, had a spa tub in the room that I wasn’t expecting. Beds were good but pillows were flat. Staff was fine giving us a couple of extra ones. The clerk that was there was filling in and did a super job! Pool was great!"

"The two story cottage that was advertised and is what I based the booking on, was not what we were provided. Instead, we were placed in a 4 story apartment like building, on the 4th floor with no elevator, and lugging up all of our items in 94 degree, high humidity heat was unacceptable. This was an absolute bait and switch. I would never book with them again."

"The hotel is very quaint and fun. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast had something for everyone. Our kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Branson hills. Would definitely stay here again!"

Second room was OK. Breakfast was standard hotel stuff, parking was good available near room. No room cleaning until after second night. Stay met the price you pay."

"The incredible water feature that runs through the middle of resort down to pool is not running and no plans to repair it which is a big disappointment. No music to speakers around pool anymore most of the time... when they do have it on it's too quiet to hear. Hitching Post menu was downgraded as well so no burgers and no lime margaritas which was also disappointing. Three or four big trees that provided shade to pool were also removed this year.
