"Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties."

"Pretty much what you'd expect. Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant."

"The employee who checked me in was very rude. The key card he made me didn’t work. This had also happened to the guest who checked in before me so it was presumably his fault. I didn’t see him again during my stay. All other employees were polite and helpful. The hotel states that there is housekeeping every other day. This isn’t true. "Rooms were clean but they don't clean rooms every day. Staff was good. Breakfast was ok fork, knives and spoon were very low quality."

"Room was discussing. Moved to another room and the toilet was broke. The smoke detector had saran wrap on it from whomever stayed prior. Towels stained another had hair in it. It seems if they don’t have the air on. The elevator was stuffy. All the breakfast was gone before 9:15 and was left with yogurt. This is no where near the stars given. If a star have to be given it would definitely be a low one star."

Located in the hospital complex off the main road, Woodward, it is conveniently located and only minutes from shopping centers, entertainment and freeways."

He went above and beyond to change my room so I could sleep in late and not have to change rooms. I also had an incident leaving 4 am Saturday and thought I left wallet in room. "You have to pay for the breakfast, but It’s pretty good. The space in the lobby is a nice place to hang out. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again."

"the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."

"Outside was so full of weeds and dirty. Inside looks like the hotel has not been kept up definitely needs some updating. We wanted to go in the pool and it was closed yet it was supposed to be open until 11pm. We stay at many Hampton hotels and are extremely disappointed with this one!!"
