"Greg the night desk staff is amazing. I arrived from airport and was in car accident and got in late and had to extend stay. He went above and beyond to change my room so I could sleep in late and not have to change rooms. I also had an incident leaving 4 am Saturday and thought I left wallet in room. He went to room searched and even was going to have pilots on way to airport bring it to me. Way above and beyond. Always remembered me by name. Hotel was super clean and room spacious and bed...

"Pretty much what you'd expect. Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant."

"The staff was nice and the place was really clean. I liked the hotel a lot, especially since it has walking trails for my dogs."

"The bedding was stained with what looked like fecal matter. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was clogged. Also, a bunch of unsupervised teens running around, in and out. Wasted my money"

"The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant."

"My sister and I stayed for 5 days during the end of May. We did not use the pool but we did sit outside by the fire pit each night with the gas fire burning. A little chilly but was quiet and peaceful and we loved it. The continental breakfast was always great with everything a person would want. I loved the handheld shower, amazing water pressure. "The room was too warm on a hot day. Air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival. The room Smelled like a wet dog. We complained at the front desk and attendant came and manually turned on the air conditioning for us and then it was more livable."

"The employee who checked me in was very rude. The key card he made me didn’t work. This had also happened to the guest who checked in before me so it was presumably his fault. I didn’t see him again during my stay. All other employees were polite and helpful. The hotel states that there is housekeeping every other day. This isn’t true. "Room was discussing. Moved to another room and the toilet was broke. The smoke detector had saran wrap on it from whomever stayed prior. Towels stained another had hair in it. It seems if they don’t have the air on. The elevator was stuffy. All the breakfast was gone before 9:15 and was left with yogurt. This is no where near the stars given. If a star have to be given it would definitely be a low one star."
