"I was surprised. I didn’t expect the quality and size for the price. It’s perfectly located right next to the expressway. It had the amenity’s of a suite. The showers was huge and the kitchenette was unexpected. They provided security in the parking lot and the lobby after hours. Indoor pool and a gym. I will stay here again and again. "

"The water in both the showers and the spa area(hot tub) don't get hot. The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon. There was no remote to the tv and so it wouldn't turn on. The heater in the room did not really heat the room, even at the highest settings. While in the (not hot)hot tub, me and my partner were bothered by the worker whom worked the cashier and greeted people. She walked around...

"Room wasnt super clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. Everything else was very nice. Nice pool, good breakfast, amazing staff. "

"The property is a need of serious maintenance - as does the elevator with how jerky it is between floors. Also, the bathroom in the room was deteriorating and the rooms heater was not operational. The hotel smells of cigarette and weed in the bathroom, indicating people were using the shared bathroom ventilation for this purpose."

"The Manager Darron m, I think and one of the hotel bellman is what encouraged ne to rate this property with a 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1 star. For a 4 star rated hotel much more is needed in room cleaning, bellnan service. We booked because the hotel advised that it offered bellnan service we are both physically challenged my husband more so handicapped- He felt and injured himself trying to pull his suitcase inside.
