"Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties."

"Pretty much what you'd expect. Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant."

"I liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to (if you can follow your GPS). The property was larger that it looks from the outside. There was a pool, exercise room, space for a meeting and ready to cook breakfast and/or a buffet (an additional fee). We had a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in our room. "The bedding was stained with what looked like fecal matter. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was clogged. Also, a bunch of unsupervised teens running around, in and out. Wasted my money"

"Room was discussing. Moved to another room and the toilet was broke. The smoke detector had saran wrap on it from whomever stayed prior. Towels stained another had hair in it. It seems if they don’t have the air on. The elevator was stuffy. All the breakfast was gone before 9:15 and was left with yogurt. This is no where near the stars given. If a star have to be given it would definitely be a low one star."

"Greg the night desk staff is amazing. I arrived from airport and was in car accident and got in late and had to extend stay. He went above and beyond to change my room so I could sleep in late and not have to change rooms. I also had an incident leaving 4 am Saturday and thought I left wallet in room. He went to room searched and even was going to have pilots on way to airport bring it to me. Way above and beyond. Always remembered me by name. Hotel was super clean and room spacious and bed...

"The AC only worked on 1 temperature but the room stayed cool. The bed was leaning.... I almost fell out. The fridge was leaning, and no door on the freezer. The lampshade was spoiled and the desk was turned backward. Wasn't sure if something was being hidden. The tv remote had no back on it. Batteries kept falling out. The tub had no mat and showed signs that one used to be there. "

"the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."
