"Great location, walking distance throughout the downtown area. Hotel is clean, decent room, but a little dated. Found the staff to be very unfriendly. Also, I get that parking is a nice perk, but $35 per night seemed a little high for the time of year. "

"The property welcomed pets, however, I didn’t need the service. It’s good to know when I return with my Grand-dog 🤗. It was a pleasure to stay at the Reserve on my visit home. I recently relocated from Baltimore in June. Hopefully the rates will stay competitive so I can make this my place of choice to stay when I return. See you soon."

"10/10 I loved this hotel and enjoyed my stay and breakfast. Only complaint is that my rooms bed had a dent in it. Like literally I was laying sunken in so I slept horrible. Next night I slept on the couch because of it and slept much better"

"This is an older Marriott and the rooms and linen shows it. The bathroom wall paint was peeling, the linen looked dingy, and the sheets on the bed need to be replaced. The staff were welcoming and friendly."

"I was double charged, I heard tapping through the wall all night, when we pulled up to the hotel there seemed to be a party in the parking lot, then I paid extra to be told by the house keeping staff that I lie. When I get dressed and go down stairs she blames it on the staff before her for not putting it on the paper. At this point I was awake after being woken up by the tapping noice all night. Oh and no refund. I was just told the manager will look into it. Not sure what that means "

"Loud loud loud The Ac/heater units in those rooms are abhorrent. Rude staff. Asked for a room away from the highway. She put me in a room as close to the highway as you could possibly be after arguing with me. First floor next to the check-in area. Absolutely awful noise all night long."
