The bed was comfortable but some details were lacking such as no non slip bath mat & the tea/ coffee/ milk not restocked on our arrival. Our room seemed to have alot of flies for some reason despite the window being closed.The buffet breakfast was adequate but a little uninspiring. If we had stayed longer than one night we would have raised these issues with staff. Overall, a nice...

"I stayed at the Mitre several times during my visit to England. Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. Professional, kind, thoughtful, helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Ashley, Sabrina, Alina and Blaze - thank you. Good to know - Air conditioning units were being installed in some of the bedrooms as I left!!"

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay."

"The hotel had a private function on. Deafeningly loud music. Very close t our and other guest rooms. We could not sleep. Nobody could sleep with that going on. Complained. They said it would go on until 1am. Absolutely awful"
