I had a high expectation for this hotel flying from USA. First, we were not told while booking that checking starts at 2PM. We arrived the hotel by 9AM. We were kept outside till around 1PM, after a long flight and being out in cold.
Secondly, we spent 6 days in this hotel without the heater being turned on at night and some other times in the day, notwithstanding that it was cold.
Thirdly, there was no microwave to heat our food and anytime we asked the facility, they would give us stupid responses like; the person in charge is not around, or we should have asked earlier. Infact we had most of the food we bought spoilt and thrown away because we could not microwave.
Next, most of the gym equipments were not functional.
Lastly, on the last day, we were told that check out is by 12 noon. At 11:45, my gf went downstairs and could no longer come upstairs because she was told that the key has been disabled. I had to help her bring her luggage and other items downstairs. This was a very horrible experience.
The only thing I can say was better is the breakfast.
Sincerely, this service does not impress me to come back to this hotel again.
