I was given a handicap room it was ok but no sofa to sit on, only a desk chair.
Problem in the morning I was checking out no hot water in the sink and only slightly warm in the shower.
Suggestion from a former Hotel Manager….why in a handicap room is the phone on the desk and not next too the bed? A bit difficult if there is an emergency or and incoming call once in bed.
With your Fish and Chip item on the menu it says choice of veg peas or mushy peas. I would hardly call the ‘Mushy Pea’ dollop the size of a 50p coin a serving of vegetables.
Bar staff have to lighten up and let’s hope next time you don’t run out of Guinness and I don’t mean 00.
