"Staff was great, I love the hot coffee available 24 hours a day. The breakfast was always hot and fresh daily. My husband and I always travel and stay at this location in pigeon Forrest every year I will always return to stay."

"I would hve better things to say if I had not been surprised with a $200 resort fee that I was not aware of before arriving yes it gets returned but would be nice to know before arrival.Also was told they had rooms that were non per but upon arrival was told no we can’t guarantee that.Lo"

"The pool and waterpark were fantastic. We also loved the outdoor area. We were just there overnight but we plan to definitely be back."

"Returning patron Would have appreciated a warning that construction improvements were happening during our time at the property. Missed out on some amenities that we like at this hotel due to construction. Also shower pressure was very low and unacceptable. Staff was helpful and bed was very comfortable."

"Everything was excellent except for the road noise. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was noisy at night. Would not have been a problem had I brought my earplugs."
