Cari Motel di Mascoutah

"I only stayed 1 night but ill be back"

"A very good value for the price. Nothing fancy, but was clean and comfortable. We were just passing through so just needed a clean, safe place to sleep for the night. The continental breakfast was sparse so it was really more of a grab and go situation. I would definitely stay there again"

"The place should be condemned"

"Place was nice did have some bugs and a little sketch outside at night but besides that place was okay would stay again if needed"

"When you just need a clean bed, shower, and AC, this is it! The only thing we really missed was coffee… and there’s a gas station down the road. Friendly helpful owner. We even chatted with others staying here. It’s a very “down home” place to stay."

"Dirty rooms and seen multiple roaches."

"The lobby and hallway floors were dirty. Beds were super stiff. Only two towels in the room and they were the least absorbent things I’ve ever used. The hand towels were stained. Definitely won’t be back and that sucks because we have family that lives in town and it’s the closest hotel."

"Staff had to be contacted via doorbell to come and assist - upon check-in, the attendant was at Wal Mart. Towels were dingy/not white, and bed sheets and pillowcases were the same. Neither staff person (one male and one female) ever smiled - hospitality seemed to be a nuisance. Quite disappointing, but in this day and age, hospitality employees are not taught the importance of customer service."

"All I wanted to do was shower and the shower didn’t work and the staff acted like it didn’t matter."

"Didnt revieve my deposit back! Had to pay a service fee. I already booked the room paid for in full. Didnt know there was even a 100 deposit and a 34 service fee on top of the 80 I paid for the room. Definitely not worth the 80 it took to book, let alone the 34 service fee and 100 deposit(im not getting back)! Disapointed.."

"Room was clean just an older motel. Everyone tried to help just lack of communication. Couldn’t hear them."
