"We liked this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had good breakfast choices including cheesy omelette, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. We used the pool and the gym as well which were both clean."

"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"Close to downtown Lowell. Had to request bedding for sofa-bed despite having 3 adults listed on reservation. Would have helped to have that ready in the room."

"I would gladly visit this hotel again, my experience was truly wonderful. I encountered no issues during my stay and absolutely loved the location. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very supportive throughout. I also have to highlight the breakfast, which was fantastic. The only minor drawback was during my early checkout at around 4:00 a.m., when there was no one at the front desk to collect the keys. Aside from that, everything was perfect."

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Groton Inn. After an unfortunate experience at another hotel nearby, the Groton Inn truly saved the day, and I’m so glad we found it. The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is immaculate, the architecture is charming, and the entire atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the live band and festive outdoor gathering—it gave the Inn a wonderful sense of community and made for a memorable evening. Breakfast...

"Stay: wed- sat. The room was only tended to 1 time. The cleaner used the bathroom and left body hair on the commode. We walked into a room that smelled so bad. I was grossed out when I saw the hair on the seat. Also, a new unopened bag of m&ms were opened by them and they helped themselves to it. Facility was close the the facility that was hosting the conference at UMass."

"Everything was excellent, except that my husband fell and cracked his head open in the lobby. Not one staff member came to help. Other customers ran and got them to call an ambulance and even put a towel and pillow under his bleeding head. No one from the staff checked on us at all.My husband is 81 years old."

"Outside property is well maintained. The area felt safe. Ample parking. The room however had the bare minimum. Room was non smoking but definitely had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Floors with broken/ loose laminate tiles. Bathroom had a toilet seat that doesn’t quite fit the toilet."
