"Our recent stay at the Pera Palace was wonderful. It is a beautiful and historic hotel in a buzzing area of Beyoğlu. Our suite was lovely and very comfortable and clean with all the ammenities we required. As with any hotel what makes a it great is the staff and this is where the Pera Palace excels. From check-in and concierge to the housekeeping staff all were friendly, polite and welcoming. Special mention goes to the fabulous team in the bar who looked after and entertained us so well over our stay, thank you. We will definitely be back!"

They can use some better pillow options, they were a bit old and uncomfortable. In general it was a great stay. Everything is literally minutes away walking distance. "

The area is very close of everything Grand bazar and serkci around 10 to 15 min Walk . The tram and metro very close it Note : This hotel in very public area. I booked because I enjoy travelling in istanbul not stay in between the walls. So very affordable price and very close of everything and clean but old furniture a little bit"

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were spotless. Breakfast buffet was really good. We had a slight issue with the shower drain being really slow so they had someone come to see it straightaway and said there’s nothing they can do as it’s due to the plumbing of the building. Also had some glue leaking from the side of the shower but told the night receptionist and he made a note of it. Overall, super friendly and great stay with ideal location for sight seeing without being super busy as transport such as the tram or the underground trams were a few mins walk away."
