"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"Garage parking is convenient. However our room TV did not work and is situated in an awkward format. There was wig hair found all over the room. And the temperature of the room was not consistent. We were gone most of the day and when we returned the room would be in the mid 70s when coming off a hot baseball tournament you would hope you can come back to a room that you set the temp to 70 on."

The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day.
