"This was a clean and updated room for a good price, but we heard every single movement and talking from the next room. If you are a light sleeper you may want to consider this. We were in room 18. Heavy sleeper = all systems go!"

The breakfast was good and there was a 3 hour window for breakfast which was nice. Staff is friendly and overall the place was really nice. Thank you for our stay!"

"Staff at Mountain Chalet was professional, which is more than I can say for Expedia. Just call the hotel, they will price match Expedia and offer refunds if there is a problem. Whatever you do, don’t buy the trip protection without a lawyer. It’s thousands of words and limitations. "

"Very small bathroom, only blackout drapes, no shears or shades, the adjoining room next to us was empty but the TV was on ALL night and kept us awake our entire first night. Staff did turn off the TV the next day but offered nothing for the inconvenience and sleepless night. No housekeeping services were performed in our room during our two night stay. Pool was closed during our stay with no advance warning or notice. "
