"Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work."

"Hotel built on top of restaurant no direct entry, very tiny way to get to reception upstairs, no elevator. Rooms with no access to fresh air outside. At night around 0200, some people may be other guests, came in shouting, very loud, laughing making crying sounds, felt terrible, continued for about 30min. Breakfast was good, kept our luggage."

"Great property, clean, spacious, centrally located. Hot water and jacuzzi tub is available in some of the rooms. The staff was super helpful. We even had massages in our room. I highly recommend this place."

"Nice hotel with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty. The room was clean and spacious with a large bed. Nice hot shower with strong water pressure. Great location, close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and options to eat. Only troubles: there was construction going on right in front of the hotel, so if your room is facing that direction you will hear the noise during the day. Also the windows aren’t soundproof so you can hear everyone...

"Excellent location and clean rooms, but the broken elevator was a major downside. Expect to use the stairs if your room is on the fourth floor or higher, which was very inconvenient."
