"Always beautiful units, semi secluded area yet so close to Sanibel and fort Meyers, we will be back again this was our second trip to this property just a different unit. Best sunsets even the sunset cruise sat out front for their view, we saw a manatee close to shore too. Can’t say enough good things about this place."

"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

"Spacious, accessible, parking available. Friendly front desk person. Pool was under construction, price did not reflect that, thought I personally didn't care about the pool. I would go back in the future if the price is right"
