"The room has no Air conditioning! The windows were open prior to our arrival the week where the temperatures were in the high 90 degrees F / 32 +C. The hotel had renovations going on. The restroom in the lobby was were workers were going in and out. It did not feel safe to use the restroom with all that activity. The bedroom was huge and bright but no ceiling fans. "L’Accès direct à l’aéroport est un plus sans contestation. Repas du soir pris sur place et de qualité correcte. Le personnel tant au restaurant qu’à la réception a été professionnel et sympathique. Petit bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui mérite un coup de peinture en partie basse. Ça ne joue en rien sur lhebergement mais on se dit que ce n’est pas du niveau que l’hôtel compte conserver.

"I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport.
My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items."

"I was in a suite room with great size but had a lot of unnecessary mirrors. I mistakenly upgraded to city view paying extra and that new room toilet was stinking all the time, like some drainage smell. I was not in room mostly so didn’t complain but for that cost didn’t expect it"
