"The property is clean and quiet, with a nice small swimming pool and beautiful garden. Although the location is convenient for public transportation and center of most popular attractions, the street where the hotel is located isn’t tidy and clean. You cannot really get escaped from a very unpleasant smell outside the hotel.
The building we stayed is under renovation right now, but no pre-warnings were given either on website or by the front desk staff.
The breakfast is fair, but not many...

"Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Drinks and nuts at the bar were very good. However, it was odd that we had to ask if it was open, and reception had to call for the bartender. The bartender didn't ask if we wanted more drinks either; he brought us the tab and left. Pretty disappointed as he also didn't clean up a dirty table. Staff were friendly when we needed something as we did need a fan. Now I realize we had very hot days but our room really never did...

"The hotel was in a lovely area of Brussels, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. To get to the centre it was about a 30 minute walk or 15-20 minutes if you got a tram/bus (stops for public transport were just around the corner). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was well presented. Our family room was very spacious too."
