"Our stay here was amazing with one exception. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. In the morning the August sun was rising on our side of the building which raised the temperature in the room 5-6 degrees in an already hot room. We needed help renting a car to go to the Mt Fuji region and the concierge was extremely helpful. She called the nearest Toyota rental car facility and made the reservation for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here the next time we come back to Tokyo."

"I didn’t use the amenities. I would not say it was close to everything . More like a 15-20 min walk to the main shopping but there is a donqi right in front of the hotel. The room and hotel is very classy. We enjoyed our stay"

"Breakfast was excellent and dining area was very clean and roomy. Hotel room was incredibly small compared to regular American standard. There was very little space and no room to unload your luggage. Bathroom was clean but extremely small. It was definitely designed to accommodate small in statue folk that dont mind small spaces."
