"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

"This hotel was fine, but I don’t think I’d stay here again. We had issues with the washing machine and had to get it fixed twice and it still didn’t work in the end. They also wouldn’t make your bed if you’re staying less than 7 days unless you paid, which we found odd. There were a few stains on the sofa and the room could have been a bit cleaner. However, the room was quiet and in a good location and the staff seemed nice and friendly. "

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"Lifts are a little slow and are busy first thing in the morning. "

"I had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was fresh; however, I did not try their breakfast. The area is pretty busy, and if you're looking for a calmer place, I wouldn't recommend it. Still, restaurants and shops are open until 5am around the area. "

"Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."

"They hotel was nice and easy to access. The pillows are uncomfortable but it helped that I brought my own silk pillowcase. Beds are a bit hard but seems to be no matter where you go in Tokyo. The place is very central and you can can walk to everything easily. I love they they have these little cars in the lobby for recommendations. Nice touch! "

"Great location - easy access to Shinjuku Station (west exit) to get around with lots of restaurants/shops close by. The staff were very friendly! The room was a bit stuffy but they are in the midst of switching over their heating/cooling system. The surrounding area is noisy, so keeping a window open at night was not an option. The rooms are small (normal for Japanese hotels) but enough space for my teenage daughter and I. The beds were cozy! "
