"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA. "

"Rooms were ok fridge has too many items in there to buy we couldn’t store our own. "

"So I was here for work and stayed in the back of the property. First I booked on line and when I got to the property it was almost 2k more than I booked for. The bar and restaurant they claim to be open starting at 5 never was unless it was for a private party. The building Nextdoor had parties for two days that lasted until 3am. The front desk didn’t disclose that the restaurant wouldn’t be open nor did they disclose the noise complaints from other guests. For three days I stayed awake, called the front desk with the same answer “we can’t do anything about it.” It smelled like weed every time you walked in. If you’re planning on getting rest so you can work don’t stay here! "

"Some hotels are not designed for enjoyment, but for accommodation. This is that type of hotel. I couldn’t find anything to complain about if I tried. Well maybe the fact that their breakfast had eggs that weren’t real eggs… Lol. You get that everywhere nowadays. It’s not designed for a vacation, it’s not designed for relaxing, it is designed for accommodation. I chose it for that reason so for me, it was utterly acceptable and fine. I do want to add that their front desk employees are exemplary. I didn’t have much interaction with them, but when I did, I could tell that they cared about their job and that they cared about my experience while I was their guest. "

"The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable and it has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you! "
