I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. "There was a restaurant underneath the room we were staying in, and the smell of the food coming into the room was overpowering and smelled really strong. We didn't stay at the hotel for that reason. They did not want to give us a refund not happy at all. Homeless people in the parking lot all day. "

"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. "Booked a city view room with a higher room charge for my friend, but got a non-city view room when checked in. My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"
