The room was comfortable and had everything I needed (proper mugs rather than paper cups were a nice touch), as did the bathroom. I didn't use the bistro or the pool, but they both looked pleasant. The location is handy for buses and the Metro station, and many interesting or necessary places are easily accessible through those or on foot. "Very good location near downtown Glendale with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. They have a nice breakfast. Valet parking is a little expensive but there lower price public parking near by. I will stay there again."

"All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was not being notified verbally to morning breakfast hours, which the food is solid, are different on the weekend compared to the weekdays. I missed Monday morning. The facility is very secure."
