"There is little to like. Check in didn’t provide WIFI info. Rang reception no response but got it next day. Room was poor with toilet flush needed both hands power to flush, only one socket for charging next to the floor. None next to bedside table. Very few signs to reach breakfast place and wrong sign on one place so had to ask someone to find it! Dinner was with cold soup and took 45 minutes, only 3 tables occupied, 2 shared meal courses cost 70 euros with no alcohol. Too big badly managed...

"VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday"

"El Spa estube cerrado durante toda la estancia por un problema tecnico. Esto afecto notablemente la experiencia, habiendo sido el spa un elemento principal al momento de eligir este hotel. La tranquilidad, que tendria que ser una caracteristica de este establecimento, se vio afectada notablemente por la presencia de un grupo familiar muy grande y muy ruidoso que practicamente monopolizo la sala desayuno y que dejaba los niños jugar, critar y correr en los passillos sin parar. "Secluded oasis of peace and calm. Oozing with character. V well maintained. Ideally need rental car to fully appreciated the area. Plenty of local restaurant choices 10 mins drive. 25 mins to Taormina. Nice room (junior suite), plenty of space. Bit quirky re electrical points location. Soundproofing not 100% but was never a problem. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast average. Staff professional and attentive."
